To help ensure that tenants of private rented accommodation are getting value for their money, Sandwell Consortium, Sandwell Advice Providers Network and Sandwell Citizens Advice Bureau can provide advice:
- Over the phone - if you have any specific questions.
- With a home visit to give advice on energy and where you can save.
- Or an appointment can be made for you at a community centre in your neighbourhood.
